It's been way too long.. well what can I say, I have been super busy.. Kim just finished "Drivers Training" this week. She now has her permit to drive.. Yikes.. this freaks me out!! Mike is working Graveyards at the hospital, so I really don't see him during the week. So the weekends are filled with trying to hang out with eachother and as a family! Justin is getting ready for baseball.. that will be busy in itself. The weather has been crappy.. For me anyway. I want warm temps and the sun on my face! I don't really care for the "cold" I don't mind the snow, as long as I can stay warm inside! Family is flying here this week, to hang out with us for "Spring" break. We are so excited to see them and just hang out!
I have been scrapbooking and making cards again! My goal this year to to work at least an hour a day in my scraproom either scrapping or making cards! I'm doing good so far!

Well it has been a while since I've blogged here.. but ok here goes.. I had surgery 1/27/09 they removed my Gall Bladder... Yikes.. and there were over 250 gall stones.. the dr didn't want to count anything after that but did say there was still tons to count.. (Scary) plus I have had 2 root canals done as well.. Feb 13th had a girls night.. Carolyn, Des, Erica, Michelle, me.. minus Diva.. (who had sick kids)... we went to see Shopaholic... cute movie.. then out for dinner.. we had a good time.. I love our "Girls" night out.. away from kids, and hubbies.. I have been busy getting my house ready for spring, and trying to get the clutter out before then.. I have been going back to the gym.. tell ya how that goes later.. Life has been good.. We are blessed to have such great kids.. I truly know they are good.. God blessed me with phenomenal family and friends.. Justin is turning 13 this week.. (uh, hello? where did the time go) and Kim starting her drivers training this week as well.. here's the funny thing.. I don't feel that old to have teenagers.. haha... I mean I still get carded when I go get a glass of wine somewhere.. (that's a good thing, right?)Luv ya...... JP
Today is a day of sadness and confusion for me. I have lost family members in the last couple of months, and many family members have not been well.. I have comfort in knowing the ones who have left this earth are at peace with God. It looks like we will be heading to California again for a funeral. As I get older I seem to forget that my family is getting older too.On a different note, I have to go to the dentist again today, for hopefully just a filling, but I have a feeling it will be another root canal. I had an appointment to get it fixed in February but HELLO?? I guess it wanted to get fixed now!
