CAKE DECORATING CLASS

This was our first project... using the flower tip and making our very own

buttercream frosting!! It's amazing that there are 3 different consistencies for icing..

stiff to make roses, medium to make drop flowers and other things.. and thin for writing, making leafs, and outlining!



This was Kim's first cake**EVER** her clouds are gray!

She called it her Depressed Rainbow Cake

This is such a fun class to take with Kim.. She's really have a great time!!

We are taking the class with Summer Sargent and her mom Vivian.. FUN TIMES!!
